Masella’s offers exceptional service with a dedicated courteous professional staff. I had an emergency situation while family was in town and they went above and beyond to help me with my car and get me back on the road to enjoy the family visit. We were vacationing in Venice, and on our last day, th SUV started making a strange noise. Facing a 9 hr drive the next morning, we knew it had to be fixed right then. It was nearly 3pm on a Friday. Called around, everyone said no. Except Massela’s. “Be here within 15 minutes and we’ll check it out. 5 minutes later we were there. They raid tested and lifted/inspected it 2 or 3 rounds and found the problem. A clogged AC drain. They would NOT accept payment. WOULD NOT. This is the most honorable repair shop I’ve EVER dealt with… massive integrity. Will/would recommend to anyone, any time. Thanks guys. You saved our trip!
We came down from Upstate NY for the winter. We were staying in Venice for three months, and the AC went out in my truck, so where do I get it fixed. I started asking people about garages in the area and they said Masella’S on 41. So I went to the internet and looked them up. All the reviewers sounded like they were well versed, saying that they were good and honest and friendly. OK I’m from out of town and I need my AC fixed, here l go $$$$$$ right WRONG .From the time I went in these guys treated me like a family member. Honest & friendly as all get out. I thought I was going to need a compressor $$$$ no they told me the belt flipped &GM made a revision for this problem and it was to use a different type heavy duty belt .That saved me a lot of money $$$$. I can not say enough good about this place and I will tell everyone else about them. Thank Masella’S For your honesty and your genuine professionalism

Have taken all 3 of my vehicles to Massela’s for various repairs. Last one was to replace the head gasket on my sons car. They are very good at communicating all the options and addressing the specific issue. They are very reasonable and it is so nice to have found a reliable and trustworthy mechanic!

Totally satisfied with their excellent customer service, courteous and helpful attitude to making sure I was taken care of. Price for repairs came in under estimate. Highly recommend them. Doubt you'll find a more professional bunch. It's good to find a shop that you can trust.
As an out of town customer with a punctured tire, most people I knew here told me that no one here fixes tires, be prepared to buy new. As I called around to the big name chains, I found that to be true. Then a review for Masella's caught my eye, as someone talked about their own punctured tire story and how Masella's fixed it. So I called and Jim Masella could not have been nicer! He got me in the next day and they fixed the tire for a more than reasonable amount. He did, however, note that my tires were in poor condition (a fact that I was not aware of) and that I should think about replacing them. He had already priced out new ones and had put the quote on my receipt, but no pressure. I am not used to this at all! I called later with the go ahead and by the end of the week I had 4 nice, new tires. I wish Masella's would open a location in Raleigh, NC!
This is by far, the highest quality and most honest car repair shop for three decades!!! All great people:)
A friend referred me and I am very happy! They went above and beyond to do what was needed. I needed them to check the air conditioning and while there I had them change the oil They were efficient, text me a report while there and went over it with me. They did not make me fix things that were not needed!!! So happy with their service and professionalism!
I will not take my car anywhere else. They are simply the best.
Excellent, as always. Affordable, honest, thorough, and quick. Previously tried some "top rated" repair shops, and had bad experiences (dishonest, extended wait times, shoddy work). Masellas is the only place we go, and recommend them repeatedly.
Called on Friday got me in on Monday. They do good work and are very professional. My family and I will use them again.
